Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email to bajtiktoktobajev322@gmail.com or by replying to your order confirmation). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. We will send you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return items unworn and unwashed; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature and fit.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may hold back the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us with a photo. You have a statutory 2-year guarantee for defects. We will repair, replace or refund the item and cover return shipping. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanges

Wrong size? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order in the right size.
