1. Who we are

phoismylife.com is operated by Bajtik Toktobajev, sole trader, IČO 21433224, DIČ CZ0408149038, Laudova 1015/16, 163 00 Prague, Czech Republic, email bajtiktoktobajev322@gmail.com (see also Contact information). These terms apply to purchases on phoismylife.com.

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract is concluded in English and we keep a copy of your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, including all taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there.

4. Production and delivery

Products are made to order. Delivery areas, times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when the goods are delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. How to withdraw, the model withdrawal form and refund rules are in our Refund policy.

6. Defects and complaints

You have statutory rights for defective goods for 24 months from delivery. Please contact us by email with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will confirm receipt of your complaint and resolve it within 30 days.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, consumers may turn to the Czech body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, coi.gov.cz. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, images, videos and texts on this website belong to Pho Is My Life and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your order applies to your order.
